1. The Ivory Tower

The Ivory Tower is an online store that sells both fabric and wallpaper from Adelaide. They’ve been in the industry for over 16 years, but that’s not all they sell. They also have sheers and blinds, cushions and trimmings and more. They also have a blog, and an idea’s gallery on their site, to encourage inspiration among website users to further encourage them to shop with The Ivory Tower.

On this ecommerce website design, it was important to include secure payment options like Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and more, to encourage site visitors of the site’s credibility.

2. Fleurieu Yoga

Fleurieu Yoga provides ongoing weekly restorative yoga classes in Aldinga, SA. The business also provides private yoga classes for your needs, and even corporate yoga classes for those who want to treat their staff members with some team bonding. The amazing business runs between one and three classes per day of varying degrees of skill level. The purpose of yoga, according to Fleurieu, is to find “balance, strength, flexibility and deep nourishment”.

In this website development, pastel colours were used to mimic the elements of yoga, as they too, are calming and gentle. This together with the header image of a woman in a yoga pose creates a true cohesion of the website elements.

3. The Fairy Bay

The Fairy Bay has been in Adelaide for more than 28 years. The brand focuses on it’s fairy party business, but also sells products and takes booking requests for parties.

The Fairy Bay is an ecommerce style website. This Adelaide web design project required us to create a light and bright theme which matched the brands aesthetic. The pink and white colours were used to align with the brand image.

We created a fully secure checkout system for the e-store, with a one page checkout to decrease cart abandonments. The fully secure payment system accepts all major credit cards to make purchasing as simple for the users as possible.

4. Carolyn Cranwell

Carolyn Cranwell, the author of ‘Navigating Alzheimer’s: Survival Secrets of a Long Term Carer’ lives in Adelaide South Australia and has been an Alzheimer’s carer for eighteen years. Carolyn wishes to raise awareness of the impact and challenges that being a carer of a long term Alzheimer’s patient has on families. She studied at the University of Adelaide Law School and successfully completed a law degree and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.

Along the right hand side of the page is the main subject that the website aims to promote, Carolyn’s book. Clicking the link takes you to storefront where you can easily add it to your basket for purchase. Below it also has a quote that changes from page to page from influential people such as Darren Stephens, No. 1 Bestselling Author of ‘Millionaires & Billionaires Secrets Revealed’.

5. Inspired Psychology

Inspired Psychology are based in South Australia, a practice dedicated to providing specialist services for children, youths, adults and even families. They pride themselves on connecting with clients, working with those people to achieve their goals and reach their potential. They have consulting services, training, supervision, assessment and therapy sessions using the most modern and well recognised assessment and therapeutic methods. Their programs are specifically designed for individual clients, addressing their needs and strengths.

The top banner stays consistent throughout the design, offering a sense of stability and reliability to their website. Their imagery and wording is welcoming and kind, to gain trust of people that may be searching for their services. Their phone and enquiry links star on the top left of the page, showing how easy it is to reach them.
