Highly recommended, a must! I started a new restaurant and chose Magicdust to build our website, I opted with the Smart Starter Package. From start to finish the Magicdust team were amazing. They sent me an onboarding form to understand what my business' website needed, my business information and overall look of the website. I had an idea of what I wanted and sent examples to the team. Within days I had 2 sample concepts and I decided I wanted aspects of both of these concepts and this was not a problem for them, they redesigned the look and sent to me for final approval. They loaded all my content into the website and offered training to help me navigate the back end of the website so that I could make simple copy adjustments myself. I needed help with a few things and they were straight onto it for me, changed what I needed and offered more support. The website was up and running the day I opened the doors of my restaurant which is so important starting a new business! I highly recommend Magicdust, professional and reliable with great customer service!

Professional. Creative. Reliable. The first words that come to my mind when I think about my experiences with the Magicdust team. I love that Magicdust is not a set and forget provider. Magicdust offer friendly and non-techy tech support, domain name management and communicate change clearly and effectively. For example, when chat gpt first came online, Magicdust offered business owners free training to understand what it was and how to use it. When there were changes to domain names, Magicdust contacted me so that I had the opportunity to claim my domain name to include .au My first website was designed by Magicdust in 2012. In 2024, I updated and upgraded my website as my small business pivoted. I had a big vision and we were able to build the backbone of website to allow it to grow and breathe and change as my business changes. I'm proud of our new website and I'm delighted that I have the ability to work within the website to add and change content as I need. My website is my only storefront. It's open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and it feels awesome knowing that Magicdust have my tech in hand, so I can focus on doing the things that I do well.
